This 10 minute air fryer omelette is a quick and delicious way to enjoy a fluffy breakfast loaded with ham, cheese or fresh vegetables. Ready fast, it’s perfect for a busy morning or a simple lunch option. No mess and full of flavor.

- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoon low-fat milk
- 3 tablespoon grated cheddar cheese
- 1 oz ham 1 thin slice chopped small
- ½ cup baby spinach chopped packed
- 1 green onion chopped
- 4 cherry tomatoes sliced
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper ground
Instructions
- Lightly grease an 8-inch silicone tray with cooking spray.
- In a bowl or glass measuring cup, beat the eggs with milk until frothy to create a light texture.
- Stir in the ham, green onion, chopped spinach, and cheddar cheese, then season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the mixture evenly into the tray and spread with a fork if needed; arrange cherry tomatoes on top.
- Preheat air fryer to 340°F. Place the tray inside the basket and air fry for 9 to 12 minutes.
- After 9 minutes, check if the omelette is set by lifting an edge; if liquid remains, continue cooking 2 to 3 minutes more.
- Remove from the air fryer, gently slide the omelette onto a plate, and serve warm.
Notes
- My 7-qt air fryer basket fits an 8-inch tray comfortably
- If your air fryer is smaller, you may need to use a smaller tray and adjust the cooking time, as the omelette will be thicker
- Mix in whatever fillings you like: mushrooms, bacon bits, cooked sausage, crumbled feta or goat cheese, fresh herbs, taco meat, chopped olives or whatever you feel like
- You can serve this omelette for breakfast or lunch with a side salad, if you want
- It’s good both hot and at room temperature
