Description

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
  • 6 (6 ounce) salmon fillets
  • fresh thyme for serving

Instructions

  1. Set your oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix honey, mustard, paprika, chipotle powder, onion powder, and garlic powder thoroughly in a small bowl.
  3. Lay the salmon fillets on the baking sheet and season them with salt. Spread the honey mustard sauce evenly on each piece.
  4. Bake the salmon for 10 to 12 minutes until it is cooked through. If you want a deeper caramelized finish, broil for 1 to 2 minutes while watching carefully.
