My love for cooking began in childhood — I was the kid sneaking cookie dough instead of playing outside. My mother and grandmother worked hard to teach me the art of not setting the kitchen on fire. Surprisingly, some of it stuck.
My signature dish since I was ten? Pasta with shrimp. It sounds fancier than it was, but it started a journey. Later, I fell in love with quick Air Fryer dinners — because busy nights need flavor without the fuss.
Today, I share the kitchen with my daughter Rachel. She's inherited the family cooking gene and brings fresh perspectives and new recipes to the table. Together, we turn kitchen chaos into family magic.
