Description

Golden and crispy baby potatoes tossed with garlic powder onion powder thyme and parsley then air fried to perfection with a Parmesan finish. A simple flavorful side dish everyone will love.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb baby potatoes halved
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl toss potatoes with oil seasonings and herbs until evenly coated.
  3. Air fry for 15–20 minutes shaking halfway until crispy and golden brown.
  4. Sprinkle with Parmesan while hot and serve immediately.
