Description
Golden and crispy baby potatoes tossed with garlic powder onion powder thyme and parsley then air fried to perfection with a Parmesan finish. A simple flavorful side dish everyone will love.

- 1 lb baby potatoes halved
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl toss potatoes with oil seasonings and herbs until evenly coated.
- Air fry for 15–20 minutes shaking halfway until crispy and golden brown.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan while hot and serve immediately.
