- 4 medium-sized Yukon Gold potatoes washed and quartered
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped optional for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the air fryer to 400°F 200°C before starting.
- Mix olive oil with garlic powder onion powder oregano thyme paprika salt and black pepper in a large bowl.
- Toss the quartered potatoes in the seasoning until fully coated.
- Stir Parmesan cheese into the potatoes to cover them evenly.
- Arrange the potatoes evenly in a single layer inside the air fryer basket to avoid crowding.
- Cook the potatoes for 15 to 20 minutes shaking the basket halfway through to promote even crisping.
- Remove the golden and crispy potatoes from the fryer and place them on a serving dish.
- Optionally sprinkle fresh parsley on top before serving. Enjoy immediately as a snack or side.
Notes
- Yukon Gold potatoes are preferred for their creamy texture but russet or red potatoes work well too
- For crisper results soak potato quarters in cold water for 30 minutes before seasoning to remove excess starch
- Adjust seasonings as desired
