Description

Air Fryer Baked Garlic Parmesan Potatoes deliver a crispy and flavorful side or snack. These golden brown potatoes are seasoned with garlic and Parmesan for an irresistible taste you’ll enjoy.


Ingredients

  • 4 medium-sized Yukon Gold potatoes washed and quartered
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped optional for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the air fryer to 400°F 200°C before starting.
  2. Mix olive oil with garlic powder onion powder oregano thyme paprika salt and black pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Toss the quartered potatoes in the seasoning until fully coated.
  4. Stir Parmesan cheese into the potatoes to cover them evenly.
  5. Arrange the potatoes evenly in a single layer inside the air fryer basket to avoid crowding.
  6. Cook the potatoes for 15 to 20 minutes shaking the basket halfway through to promote even crisping.
  7. Remove the golden and crispy potatoes from the fryer and place them on a serving dish.
  8. Optionally sprinkle fresh parsley on top before serving. Enjoy immediately as a snack or side.

Notes

  • Yukon Gold potatoes are preferred for their creamy texture but russet or red potatoes work well too
  • For crisper results soak potato quarters in cold water for 30 minutes before seasoning to remove excess starch
  • Adjust seasonings as desired
  • extra garlic or paprika boosts flavor
  • Serve with garlic aioli or sour cream dip if desired
  • Reheat leftovers in air fryer at 350°F 175°C for 3 to 5 minutes
