  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 3/4 cup buffalo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter – melted
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Cut the cauliflower into similarly sized bite pieces for even cooking.

  3. Toss cauliflower in the batter to coat well then shake off the extra.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F 190°C and lightly spray the basket.

  6. Combine buffalo sauce with melted butter in a bowl while the cauliflower cooks.
  7. Drizzle sauce over cooked cauliflower and toss until fully coated.
