  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 10-inch flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 16 sliced pickles
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Heat a large pan over medium heat and cook the ground beef seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic powder until no longer pink, then set aside.
  2. Warm the tortillas by stacking them on a microwave-safe plate, covering with a damp paper towel, and microwaving for 20 to 25 seconds.
  3. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise and ketchup on each tortilla, then add pickles, a slice of cheese, and about half a cup of cooked ground beef.
  4. Fold each tortilla tightly like a burrito and brush the tops with melted butter.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees Fahrenheit.
  6. Place the wraps inside the air fryer and cook for 5 minutes until they turn golden brown.
  7. Brush the wraps with more melted butter once cooked, then let them cool before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • These wraps taste best fresh but can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days
  • To reheat, warm them in the air fryer at 380 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 to 3 minutes
