- 16 sliced pickles
- 4 slices American cheese
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Heat a large pan over medium heat and cook the ground beef seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic powder until no longer pink, then set aside.
- Warm the tortillas by stacking them on a microwave-safe plate, covering with a damp paper towel, and microwaving for 20 to 25 seconds.
- Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise and ketchup on each tortilla, then add pickles, a slice of cheese, and about half a cup of cooked ground beef.
- Fold each tortilla tightly like a burrito and brush the tops with melted butter.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Place the wraps inside the air fryer and cook for 5 minutes until they turn golden brown.
- Brush the wraps with more melted butter once cooked, then let them cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
- These wraps taste best fresh but can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days
- To reheat, warm them in the air fryer at 380 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 to 3 minutes
- Be sure to warm large burrito-sized tortillas before assembling to prevent tearing
- Remove extra juice from pickles to keep the wraps from getting soggy
