- 2 large chicken breasts Approximately 1 pound total
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- ¼ cup ranch dressing Optional for serving
Instructions
- Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips and toss with garlic powder paprika salt and black pepper.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F 190°C.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and cook the chicken strips in a single layer for 8 minutes flipping halfway.
- Assemble wraps by placing spinach cheese and chicken strips on each tortilla.
- Roll wraps tightly spray with olive oil spray and air fry at 375°F 190°C for 2-3 minutes until crispy.
- Let cool slightly slice in half and serve with ranch dressing if desired.
