Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into bite-size pieces
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. Warm your air fryer to 375°F 190°C for around 5 minutes.
  2. Place the chicken bites and broccoli florets in a big bowl.
  3. Mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
  4. Drizzle the seasoning over the chicken and broccoli then toss everything thoroughly.
  5. Stir in the soy sauce, lemon juice, and honey until evenly blended.
  6. Spread the coated chicken and broccoli in a single layer inside the air fryer basket, cooking in batches if necessary.
  7. Air fry for 12 to 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and broccoli is just tender.
  8. Confirm the chicken reached 165°F 75°C internally.
  9. Take out and serve immediately, enjoying it as a main dish or appetizer.
