Instructions
- Warm your air fryer to 375°F 190°C for around 5 minutes.
- Place the chicken bites and broccoli florets in a big bowl.
- Mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
- Drizzle the seasoning over the chicken and broccoli then toss everything thoroughly.
- Stir in the soy sauce, lemon juice, and honey until evenly blended.
- Spread the coated chicken and broccoli in a single layer inside the air fryer basket, cooking in batches if necessary.
- Air fry for 12 to 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and broccoli is just tender.
- Confirm the chicken reached 165°F 75°C internally.
- Take out and serve immediately, enjoying it as a main dish or appetizer.
