- ¼ cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cracked pepper
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- Parsley and lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Dry the chicken thighs thoroughly using a paper towel.

- Coat the chicken thighs well with the seasoning mixture by brushing it on or tossing the chicken in a bowl with the seasoning.

- Cook the chicken in the air fryer at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes turning once halfway and checking for an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
