  • 4 chicken thighs bone in skin on
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cracked pepper
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Parsley and lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Dry the chicken thighs thoroughly using a paper towel.
  2. Whisk together olive oil honey garlic lemon juice paprika salt cracked pepper and onion powder in a small bowl.
  3. Coat the chicken thighs well with the seasoning mixture by brushing it on or tossing the chicken in a bowl with the seasoning.
  4. Spray the air fryer basket with nonstick spray and arrange the chicken thighs in a single layer.
  5. Cook the chicken in the air fryer at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes turning once halfway and checking for an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
  6. Garnish with parsley and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the chicken before serving.
