  • 6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Baby Spinach About 1-ounce Fresh Spinach chopped
  • ½ cup Shredded Mozzarella
  • ¼ cup Feta Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • Seasoned Salt to taste
  • Parsley for topping

Instructions

  1. Prepare the filling by chopping the spinach finely and mixing it with cream cheese, feta cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper in a bowl.
  2. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and fill it generously with the prepared mixture, securing with toothpicks if needed.
  3. Season the outside of the chicken breasts with seasoned salt and sprinkle parsley on top.
  4. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with nonstick oil and arrange the chicken breasts in a single layer, cooking them in batches if necessary.
