Enjoy tender Air Fryer Garlic Butter Steak Bites bursting with rich garlic butter flavor. This quick and easy recipe is perfect for a speedy dinner or tasty appetizers ready in minutes.
Ingredients
Scale
- 650g (22.9oz) of sirloin or your steak of choice trimmed of visible fat and cubed
- 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
- pinch of red chilli flakes optional
- low calorie spray
- 2 teaspoons of minced garlic or lazy garlic
- 2 tablespoons of salted butter melted
- 1.5 tablespoons of fresh parsley chopped and additional to garnish
Instructions
- Toss the steak cubes with paprika salt black pepper onion powder and a pinch of red chili flakes until each piece is thoroughly seasoned.
- Lightly spray the coated steak pieces with low calorie spray then toss again for even coverage.
- Heat your air fryer at 200°C (400°F) for five minutes before cooking.
- Spread the steak pieces evenly on the air fryer grill plate and cook for six minutes turning halfway to brown all sides.
- Remove the cooked steak and keep the pan juices inside the air fryer basket.
- Return the steak, garlic butter, and parsley to the air fryer and stir well to combine then cook for an extra one to two minutes to let flavors mingle.
- Finish by sprinkling extra parsley and seasoning with salt and pepper to your liking before serving.
