- 1 pound Large Shrimp raw peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil high-quality
- 3 cloves Garlic fresh minced
- 1 teaspoon Paprika adjust based on spice preference
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese freshly grated
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley for garnish
- 1 lemon Lemon Wedges for squeezing over shrimp
Instructions
- If your shrimp are frozen, defrost them overnight in the fridge or under cold running water and dry thoroughly.
- In a large bowl, mix the shrimp with minced garlic olive oil paprika salt and pepper until evenly coated.
- Add grated parmesan cheese to the shrimp and toss gently to distribute it well.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F or 200°C for about 5 minutes.
- Arrange the shrimp in a single layer inside the air fryer basket and cook for 8 to 10 minutes shaking the basket halfway until shrimp are opaque and golden.
- Finish by sprinkling chopped parsley on top and serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
