Description

Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Shrimp is a quick and simple dish that delivers crispy, flavorful shrimp coated with garlic and parmesan. Perfect for an easy dinner or appetizer that packs gourmet taste with minimal effort.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound Large Shrimp raw peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil high-quality
  • 3 cloves Garlic fresh minced
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika adjust based on spice preference
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese freshly grated
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley for garnish
  • 1 lemon Lemon Wedges for squeezing over shrimp

Instructions

  1. If your shrimp are frozen, defrost them overnight in the fridge or under cold running water and dry thoroughly.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the shrimp with minced garlic olive oil paprika salt and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Add grated parmesan cheese to the shrimp and toss gently to distribute it well.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F or 200°C for about 5 minutes.
  5. Arrange the shrimp in a single layer inside the air fryer basket and cook for 8 to 10 minutes shaking the basket halfway until shrimp are opaque and golden.
  6. Finish by sprinkling chopped parsley on top and serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
