Description

This Air Fryer Garlic Shrimp with Lemon is a fast and flavorful dish perfect for easy dinner or a quick weeknight meal. It’s healthy, simple, and ideal for family dinner or a quick shrimp recipe using air fryer seafood.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound 454 g raw shrimp peeled de-veined
  • Vegetable oil or spray to coat shrimp
  • 1/4 teaspoon 1.25 ml garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • lemon wedges
  • minced parsley and/or chili flakes optional

Instructions

  1. Coat the shrimp evenly by tossing them with oil or spray in a bowl, then sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper over and mix well.
  2. Arrange the shrimp in a single layer inside the air fryer basket.
  3. Cook the shrimp at 400°F for 8 to 14 minutes, shaking the basket and flipping the shrimp halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  4. Once done, place the shrimp in a bowl, add lemon juice over them, sprinkle with parsley or chili flakes if desired, and serve while hot.
