Description

These Air Fryer Honey Garlic Chicken Tenders offer a crispy and juicy bite coated in a sweet garlic glaze. Ideal for an easy dinner or weeknight meal, perfect for family dinner with a tasty honey garlic recipe.


Ingredients

  • 1 Chicken Breast boneless skinless
  • Salt pinch
  • Pepper pinch
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 cups Corn Flakes crushed
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 4 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Garlic minced

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast into tender-sized pieces and season them with salt pepper and paprika covering all sides.
  2. Beat the eggs in a small bowl and crush the corn flakes in another bowl.
  3. Dip each piece of chicken in the egg mixture then press into the crushed corn flakes to coat thoroughly.
  4. Arrange the coated chicken tenders in the air fryer basket making sure they are spaced apart.
  5. Cook them in the air fryer at 350 degrees for 12 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  6. While chicken cooks mix honey soy sauce and minced garlic in a bowl.
  7. Toss the cooked chicken tenders in the honey garlic sauce and serve immediately while warm.

Notes

  • Store leftover chicken tenders in an airtight container in the fridge to maintain crispiness when reheated
  • To reheat and keep them extra crispy heat in an air fryer at 375F for 3-5 minutes until warmed through
  • Oven or microwave reheating is possible but air fryer gives best results
