- 1 Chicken Breast boneless skinless
- Salt pinch
- Pepper pinch
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 2 Eggs
- 2 cups Corn Flakes crushed
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 4 tsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Garlic minced
Instructions
- Cut the chicken breast into tender-sized pieces and season them with salt pepper and paprika covering all sides.
- Beat the eggs in a small bowl and crush the corn flakes in another bowl.
- Dip each piece of chicken in the egg mixture then press into the crushed corn flakes to coat thoroughly.
- Arrange the coated chicken tenders in the air fryer basket making sure they are spaced apart.
- Cook them in the air fryer at 350 degrees for 12 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- While chicken cooks mix honey soy sauce and minced garlic in a bowl.
- Toss the cooked chicken tenders in the honey garlic sauce and serve immediately while warm.
Notes
- Store leftover chicken tenders in an airtight container in the fridge to maintain crispiness when reheated
- To reheat and keep them extra crispy heat in an air fryer at 375F for 3-5 minutes until warmed through
- Oven or microwave reheating is possible but air fryer gives best results
