Description

These Air Fryer Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs are perfect for an easy dinner or weeknight dinner. Enjoy crispy chicken thighs coated in a sticky honey garlic sauce for a delicious family dinner.


Ingredients

  • 600 g (1.3 lb) chicken thigh fillets boneless & Skinless
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Combine the marinade ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the marinade, coat thoroughly, cover, and chill for at least 30 minutes or overnight for more flavor.
  3. If needed, preheat the air fryer.
  4. Cook chicken thighs at 200°C(400˚F) for 13 to 15 minutes, flipping halfway through, adjusting time if the air fryer was preheated.
  5. Remove chicken from the air fryer and brush with leftover juices for extra moisture.
  6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced spring onion, then serve right away.

  • Make this dish allergy-friendly by swapping regular soy sauce with gluten-free tamari or coconut aminos for a soy-free version
