These Air Fryer Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs are perfect for an easy dinner or weeknight dinner. Enjoy crispy chicken thighs coated in a sticky honey garlic sauce for a delicious family dinner.

- 600 g (1.3 lb) chicken thigh fillets boneless & Skinless
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 1½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Combine the marinade ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
- Add chicken thighs to the marinade, coat thoroughly, cover, and chill for at least 30 minutes or overnight for more flavor.
- If needed, preheat the air fryer.
- Cook chicken thighs at 200°C(400˚F) for 13 to 15 minutes, flipping halfway through, adjusting time if the air fryer was preheated.
- Remove chicken from the air fryer and brush with leftover juices for extra moisture.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced spring onion, then serve right away.

- Make this dish allergy-friendly by swapping regular soy sauce with gluten-free tamari or coconut aminos for a soy-free version
