- 2 salmon fillets (5–8 oz. each)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 1/2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 teaspoon fresh garlic minced
- black or white sesame seeds
- green onions sliced
Instructions
- Mix honey, soy sauce, and garlic powder in a bowl until well combined.
- Pour half the sauce over salmon fillets and refrigerate for 30 minutes to marinate.
- Heat the air fryer to 400°F.
- Place the salmon in the air fryer basket and brush the remaining marinade on top.
- Cook the salmon for 7 to 8 minutes depending on thickness.
- Serve the salmon hot drizzled with the leftover sauce and garnish as desired.

- If not, preheat the air fryer at 400°F for 5 minutes before cooking
- You can enhance the flavor by adding red pepper flakes, ginger, or fresh lime or lemon juice
