- ¼ cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cracked pepper
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- Parsley and lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Use a paper towel to thoroughly dry the chicken thighs.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, cracked pepper, and onion powder.
- Coat the chicken thighs well with the mixture either by brushing or tossing them in a large bowl with the seasoning.

- Cook the chicken in the air fryer at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes, turning them over halfway through the cooking time.
