  • 8 ounces rigatoni noodles cooked al dente and drained
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil divided
  • 1 teaspoon garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese grated

Instructions

  1. Begin by heating your air fryer to 400°F.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cooked rigatoni noodles with 1 tablespoon of olive oil to evenly coat them.
  3. Arrange the pasta in a single layer inside the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook the pasta chips in the air fryer for 8 to 10 minutes until they turn golden brown and crispy.
