- 2 yellow peaches
- 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter diced into tiny cubes
- Whipped Cream or Ice Cream
Instructions
- Cut the peaches into quarters or halves, removing the pits and scooping out some of the flesh with a spoon.
- Arrange the peaches in the air fryer basket with the skin facing up and cut side down; optionally use parchment paper below to catch melting sugar.
- Cook the peaches at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, combine the graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and butter until evenly mixed.
- Flip the peaches so the skin faces down, spoon the crumble topping onto each piece, then air fry again at 350 degrees for another 5 minutes.
- Remove the peaches and serve warm with whipped cream or your preferred ice cream.
