Description

Air Fryer Pork Belly Bites are crispy, flavorful pieces cooked with less oil. This recipe makes it easy to enjoy delicious Air Fryer Pork Belly as a perfect appetizer or side dish. Quick and satisfying for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds pork belly patted dry cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 3 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the oil brown sugar garlic powder salt and pepper.
  3. Add the pork belly pieces to the oil mixture covering each piece.
  4. Lay the pork belly pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Air fry the pork belly cubes for 18-20 minutes shaking and flipping them a couple of times throughout.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and serve warm.
