With crispy outsides and fluffy centers, these Crispy Air Fryer Potato Wedges are a tasty family favorite. Easy to prepare and seasoned with zesty spices, they make a perfect snack or side dish that everyone will enjoy.

- 1 pound potatoes
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ⅛ teaspoon ground pepper
- Fresh Parsley minced
- Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
- Wash your potatoes and cut them into wedges without peeling.
- Coat potato wedges with olive oil evenly.
- Combine onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, sea salt, paprika, and ground pepper and sprinkle over wedges evenly.
- Line wedges in air fryer basket skin side down.
- Cook at 400º F for 15-18 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Serve immediately topped with parmesan cheese and parsley if desired.
Notes
- Pastry Brush: A pastry brush is great for covering all the wedges’ surfaces with a thin layer of oil
- Alternatively, place the potato wedges in a zip-top bag with the oil and shake well until thoroughly coated
- Air Fryer Timing: Depending on your air fryer model, it might take longer or less time to cook
- Adjust as needed
- Perfect Consistency: Start with 15 minutes and check doneness
- To Shake or Not to Shake: If cooking more than one layer, shake basket halfway through
- Preheating: Check your air fryer manual for preheating requirements
