- 3 bell peppers any color combination seeds and stems removed and chopped in 1 inch pieces
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil or olive oil
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Pinch of salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the sausage slices, chopped peppers, and onions into a large bowl. Season with the spices and drizzle the oil, then toss everything to coat evenly.
- Transfer the mixture to the air fryer basket or rack, making sure not to pile it too thickly.
