- 5 Brioche Hoagie Rolls
- 2 tbsp Stone Ground Mustard
- 0.5 cup Sauerkraut drained
- 0.5 cup Caramelized Onions
Instructions
- Heat the air fryer to 400°F or 200°C and let it warm up for 3 minutes.
- Pat the bratwurst links dry with a paper towel to remove moisture.
- Spray each link lightly with olive oil for even browning.
- Lay the sausages flat in the air fryer basket without overlapping to allow air circulation.
- Cook the brats for 8 minutes then turn them over with tongs.
- Continue cooking for an additional 7 minutes until the skins turn dark golden and taut.
- Check that the internal temperature has reached 160°F or 71°C.
- Let the brats rest on a plate for 3 minutes to redistribute juices.
