- 6 cups cold water
- 5 limes cut into wedges
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk or more to taste
- ice for serving
Instructions
- Add cold water, lime wedges, and granulated sugar into a blender and blend until the limes are fully processed.
- Use a fine mesh strainer over a bowl to pour the blended mixture, catching the liquid and discarding the solids.
- Clean the blender then pour the strained liquid back in and add the sweetened condensed milk.
- Blend again until the mixture is smooth and frothy.
- Serve over ice and add fresh lime slices for garnish.
Notes
- Cold Water : I recommend using filtered or purified water
- Like bottled water gallon jug of purified water or water from a purified filter or osmosis
- Limes : Place the lime wedges into the blender whole
- Don’t juice them or anything
- You want the entire lime skin and all in the blender
- You will strain out all the zest pulp and lime skin when you strain the blended liquid
