  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons onion or grated
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon pickle relish
  • 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • 4 burrito-sized flour tortillas
  • 16 slices cheddar cheese thinly sliced
  • ½ cup onion finely chopped
  • ½ cup dill pickles chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Combine mayonnaise, grated onion, ketchup, pickle relish, yellow mustard, white vinegar, and paprika in a small bowl. Whisk until smooth and refrigerate.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Drain excess grease and add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce to beef. Stir well.
  4. Lay tortillas flat and place 2 slices cheese on one half of each tortilla. Add beef mixture, chopped onions, and pickles. Top with 2 more cheese slices and fold tortillas.
  5. Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat and cook quesadillas 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese melts.
  6. Let rest 1 minute, cut into triangles, and serve with burger sauce.
