Description

A delicious fusion of cheeseburgers and quesadillas, featuring seasoned ground beef, melted cheese, and a tangy burger sauce. Perfect for a fast dinner, this cheeseburger quesadilla recipe brings together the best of beef quesadillas and quick meals.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons onion grated
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon pickle relish
  • 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • 4 burrito-sized flour tortillas
  • 16 slices cheddar cheese thinly sliced
  • ½ cup onion finely chopped
  • ½ cup dill pickles chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Combine mayonnaise, grated onion, ketchup, pickle relish, yellow mustard, white vinegar, and paprika in a bowl and whisk until smooth. Chill until ready to use.
  2. Heat skillet over medium-high heat and cook ground beef until browned, breaking into crumbles.
  3. Drain excess grease and stir in salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Lay tortillas flat and layer with cheese, beef mixture, chopped onions and pickles, then more cheese, folding tortillas over.
  5. Heat olive oil in skillet and cook quesadillas 2-3 minutes per side until golden and cheese melt.
  6. Let rest 1 minute, cut into pieces and serve with burger sauce.
