Description

A creamy and comforting chicken Alfredo lasagna roll recipe that combines tender chicken, rich Alfredo sauce, and cheesy lasagna noodles for a delicious meal.


Ingredients

  • lasagna noodles
  • cooked chicken shredded
  • ricotta cheese
  • grated Parmesan cheese
  • shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Alfredo sauce
  • garlic powder
  • Italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper
  • fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions and drain.
  2. Mix cooked chicken, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Spread Alfredo sauce in a baking dish.
  4. Lay out each noodle and spoon chicken mixture onto it, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  5. Roll up noodles and place seam side down in baking dish.
  6. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over rolls and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
