A creamy and comforting chicken bacon ranch pasta that’s perfect for a hearty meal. Rich flavors with tender chicken and crispy bacon make it a family favorite.

- 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
- 6 strips bacon
- Salt Pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 small boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups uncooked pasta Rotini recommended
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon garlic minced
- 2 cups half and half
- 2 tablespoons dry ranch dressing seasoning mix
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook bacon until crispy then chop and set aside.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, onion powder and Italian seasoning then cook in the skillet until fully cooked.
- In the same skillet, melt butter then add garlic and flour to make a roux.
- Gradually whisk in half and half and ranch seasoning then simmer until thickened.
- Stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
- Add cooked pasta, chicken, and bacon to the sauce and mix well.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
Notes
- For extra flavor, garnish with chopped green onions or parsley
- You can substitute Rotini with penne or fusilli pasta
