- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1â2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1â4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon green onions chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Boil a large pot of water and cook the noodles until just tender, then drain and keep aside.
- Combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili paste, sugar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes in a bowl and set this sauce aside.
- Warm vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat, then add garlic and ginger, cooking until their aroma rises for about 1 to 2 minutes.
- Pour the prepared sauce into the skillet and mix it thoroughly with the garlic and ginger.
- Add water to the skillet and let the sauce gently simmer for 2 to 3 minutes until it thickens slightly.
- Toss the drained noodles into the skillet, stirring well so they get fully coated with the sauce.
- Remove the skillet from the heat once the noodles are hot throughout.
- Plate the noodles and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
