- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 small onion diced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese divided
- 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional seasonings garlic powder

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef and diced onion over medium heat until beef is no longer pink. Drain excess grease.
- Stir in cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, salt, pepper, and optional seasonings.
- Spread the beef mixture evenly in a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar cheese over the beef mixture.
- Arrange frozen tater tots in a single layer over the cheese.

- Remove casserole from oven and sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese on top.
