This Club Sandwich Recipe offers a hearty and simple option for a weeknight meal. Layers of ham, turkey, bacon, cheese, and fresh vegetables make this classic sandwich a delicious favorite. Perfectly layered for delicious results every time.


Ingredients

  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 12 slices good quality white bread
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 6 oz deli sliced turkey
  • 12 tomatoes sliced
  • Lettuce
  • 6 oz deli sliced ham

Instructions

  1. Fry the bacon until it is crisp and then drain on paper towels.
  2. Toast all slices of bread thoroughly.
  3. Arrange the toasted bread on your workspace and spread just under 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise on each slice.
  4. On the first slice in each row, place one slice of cheddar, followed by a quarter of the turkey and tomato slices. Cover with the middle bread slice, mayonnaise side down, and spread mayonnaise on the top exposed side.
  5. Add the bacon, lettuce, and ham on top of the middle bread slice. Finish by placing the last bread slice on top with mayonnaise side down.
  6. Secure sandwiches with toothpicks if desired and cut them in halves or quarters before serving.
