- 2 Boneless skinless Chicken Breasts cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 cup Dill Pickle Juice
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 Tbsp Confectioners’ Sugar
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- Peanut Oil or Canola Oil for Frying
Instructions
- Place chicken pieces in a bowl with pickle juice and chill for 30 to 60 minutes to marinate.
- Take the chicken out and drain the pickle juice.
- Mix the egg and milk in a small bowl and pour it over the chicken.
- Combine flour, sugar, paprika, salt, and pepper inside a large sealed bag and shake to blend.
- Shake off excess liquid from the chicken then add it to the bag with the flour blend, sealing and shaking well to coat each piece thoroughly.
- Heat peanut or canola oil over medium heat in a skillet or fryer.
- Fry the chicken in batches until golden and crispy, about 3 to 5 minutes per batch.
- Transfer cooked nuggets to a towel-lined plate to drain extra oil.
- Serve warm with favorite dipping sauces.
