Description

Ingredients

  • 2 Boneless skinless Chicken Breasts cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 cup Dill Pickle Juice
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Confectioners’ Sugar
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • Peanut Oil or Canola Oil for Frying

Instructions

  1. Place chicken pieces in a bowl with pickle juice and chill for 30 to 60 minutes to marinate.
  2. Take the chicken out and drain the pickle juice.
  3. Mix the egg and milk in a small bowl and pour it over the chicken.
  4. Combine flour, sugar, paprika, salt, and pepper inside a large sealed bag and shake to blend.
  5. Shake off excess liquid from the chicken then add it to the bag with the flour blend, sealing and shaking well to coat each piece thoroughly.
  6. Heat peanut or canola oil over medium heat in a skillet or fryer.
  7. Fry the chicken in batches until golden and crispy, about 3 to 5 minutes per batch.
  8. Transfer cooked nuggets to a towel-lined plate to drain extra oil.
  9. Serve warm with favorite dipping sauces.
