Ingredients

  • 1 lb vine-ripened or Roma tomatoes diced
  • ⅓ cup onion finely chopped

  • 23 jalapeno peppers seeded and finely chopped
  • 12 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 12 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • ¼1/2 tsp salt
