- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp garlic powder

Instructions
- Heat your oven to 375°F or 190°C and coat a 9×13 inch baking dish with non-stick spray or butter.
- Beat the eggs in a large bowl until smooth then fold in cottage cheese evenly.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese, diced bell peppers, chopped spinach, onions, and optional cooked bacon or sausage seasoning with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder and mix thoroughly.
