- 1.5 lbs russet potatoes diced into 1/2-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
- In a large bowl, toss the diced potatoes with olive oil garlic powder smoked paprika onion powder dried rosemary salt and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10 minutes.
