Description

These crispy air fryer breakfast potatoes are golden on the outside, tender on the inside, and perfectly seasoned for a delicious morning side dish. This easy at home breakfast is quick to prepare and makes a perfect addition to any quick weekday breakfast or brunch. Enjoy a healthier alternative to traditional frying with homemade breakfast potatoes air fryer style.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs russet potatoes diced into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the diced potatoes with olive oil garlic powder smoked paprika onion powder dried rosemary salt and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Shake the basket or toss the potatoes then continue air frying for another 8 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Transfer the potatoes to a serving dish and garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired Serve immediately.
