Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts about 1.5 lbs or 680 g
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese about 100 g
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs about 100 g
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Dry the chicken breasts with paper towels to prepare them for coating.
  2. In a small bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper thoroughly.
  3. Press each chicken breast firmly into the breadcrumb mixture until completely covered.
  4. Set your air fryer to 400°F 200°C and let it preheat for 5 minutes.
  5. Place the coated chicken breasts in a single layer inside the air fryer basket and spray lightly with olive oil.
  6. Cook the chicken in the air fryer for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping them halfway through cooking.
  7. Let the chicken rest a few minutes after air frying and then serve warm.
