Instructions

  1. Dry the cod fillets using paper towels to remove moisture and brush them lightly with olive oil. Season both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder to bring out the fish’s sweetness.
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, lemon zest, and a pinch of salt evenly.
