Description

Crispy Air Fryer Honey Garlic Salmon Bites deliver a quick and flavorful meal perfect for busy nights. This recipe is healthy and easy, ideal for Ninja Foodi Recipes Healthy Dinner or Recipe Ideas For Two. Enjoy these bites with rice, veggies, or salads for a satisfying dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb salmon skinless fillets cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ tsp ginger grated (optional)
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds for garnish
  • 2 tbsp green onions chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss salmon bites with cornstarch, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Place the coated salmon bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer and spray lightly with olive oil. Cook for 8-10 minutes until crispy and cooked through.
  4. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan over medium heat, combine soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and water. Cook and stir until the sauce thickens slightly, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Toss cooked salmon bites in the honey garlic glaze until fully coated.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, do not overcrowd the air fryer basket and shake halfway through cooking
  • The grated ginger is optional but adds a nice depth of flavor
