Ingredients
- Fresh salmon fillets – 500 grams (about 1 pound) skinless and boneless
- Garlic – 4 cloves minced
- Butter – 60 grams (about 4 tablespoons) melted
- Lemon juice – 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed
- Fresh parsley – 2 tablespoons chopped
- Salt – 1 teaspoon
- Pepper – 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil – 1 tablespoon (for coating)
Instructions
- Prepare the salmon by cutting it into bite-sized pieces and patting it dry.
- Make the garlic butter mixture by combining melted butter minced garlic lemon juice chopped parsley salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Marinate the salmon by drizzling the garlic butter mixture over the cubed salmon and tossing to coat Let it marinate for 15-20 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for about 5 minutes.
- Prepare the air fryer basket by lightly coating it with olive oil.
- Air fry the salmon bites in a single layer for 8-10 minutes shaking the basket halfway through.
