- 1 can black beans (drained)
- 1 can white beans (drained)
- 1 can corn (undrained)
- 1 can Rotel (undrained)
- 1 packet Ranch seasoning
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 8 oz cream cheese (1 block)
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 can water
Instructions
- Add black beans, white beans, corn, Rotel, Ranch seasoning, cumin, chili powder, onion powder, and water to the crock pot.
- Place the chicken breasts on top of the mixture.
- Cook on low for 6 hours.
- Remove the chicken breasts and shred them with two forks.
- Return shredded chicken to crock pot and add cream cheese.
- Stir until cream cheese is melted and well combined.
- Serve hot and enjoy.

- For a thicker chili, cook uncovered for the last 30 minutes
