Description

Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Dip is a tasty and simple appetizer perfect for game day or casual gatherings. This recipe features a creamy, spicy dip that’s great as a Buffalo Chicken Dip Mini Crock Pot or Small Buffalo Chicken Dip. Enjoy it as a crowd-pleasing snack at any party.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups canned chicken drained (about two large cans)
  • 16 ounces cream cheese (two packages)
  • 1 cup buffalo hot sauce (we use Frank’s)
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1.5 cups cheddar cheese shredded

Instructions

  1. Cut the cream cheese into small pieces to help it melt faster.
  2. Combine the chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and cheddar cheese in the crockpot and stir well.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours or on high for 1 to 2 hours, stirring about every 30 minutes so the cream cheese fully melts and blends.
