- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1½ cups heavy cream (or half-and-half for a lighter version)
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for extra heat)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- ½ cup sliced green onions
- ½ cup shredded carrots (optional for crunch)
- 1 soft-boiled egg

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine chicken strips with soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, smoked paprika, chili powder, cayenne pepper, and black pepper. Mix well to coat.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and stir-fry until cooked through and slightly charred, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter and add minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir in salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using. Bring to a simmer and cook until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce is creamy.
- Meanwhile, cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain. Toss noodles with sesame oil.
- To assemble, divide noodles into bowls. Top with spicy chicken, creamy garlic sauce, green onions, shredded carrots, and soft-boiled egg halves. Garnish with sesame seeds and nori strips. Serve immediately.
