Description

A quick and easy recipe for garlic butter chicken bites, perfect as a flavorful snack or appetizer. Crispy on the outside and juicy inside with a rich garlic butter sauce.


Ingredients

  • 20 oz (1 ¼ lbs) boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp dried basil
  • ½ tsp sweet paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Freshly ground pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter divided
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tbsp parsley freshly chopped

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour oregano basil paprika salt and pepper.
  3. Toss chicken pieces in the flour mixture until well coated.
  4. Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Cook chicken pieces until golden brown and cooked through about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Add remaining butter and minced garlic to the skillet cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  7. Stir in freshly chopped parsley remove from heat.
  8. Serve warm as a snack or appetizer.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, let the floured chicken rest for 10 minutes before cooking
  • You can add a pinch of chili flakes for some heat
