A quick and easy recipe for garlic butter chicken bites, perfect as a flavorful snack or appetizer. Crispy on the outside and juicy inside with a rich garlic butter sauce.

- 20 oz (1 ¼ lbs) boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp dried basil
- ½ tsp sweet paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- Freshly ground pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter divided
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tbsp parsley freshly chopped
Instructions
- Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, combine flour oregano basil paprika salt and pepper.
- Toss chicken pieces in the flour mixture until well coated.
- Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook chicken pieces until golden brown and cooked through about 5-7 minutes.
- Add remaining butter and minced garlic to the skillet cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in freshly chopped parsley remove from heat.
- Serve warm as a snack or appetizer.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, let the floured chicken rest for 10 minutes before cooking
- You can add a pinch of chili flakes for some heat
