- ½ lb cooked lobster meat claw + tail chopped
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tbsp mayo
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional: pinch of cayenne for heat
- Melted butter for brushing buns
Instructions
- Heat a skillet and melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in lobster meat and warm it gently.
- In a bowl, whisk together mayo, sour cream, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, parsley, salt, pepper, and cayenne if desired.
- Fold in the warm lobster mixture until coated.
- Brush buns with melted butter and toast them in the skillet until golden and crispy.
- Fill each bun with a generous scoop of the creamy lobster filling.
- Garnish with extra parsley or Old Bay and serve with lemon wedges.

- For added heat, include a pinch of cayenne pepper
