A delicious and easy gourmet dinner featuring layers of tender shrimp, garlic butter sauce, creamy cheese, and lasagna noodles, perfect for a flavorful seafood twist on classic lasagna.

- 1 box of lasagna noodles
- 1 pound of large shrimp peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves of garlic minced
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour
- 2 cups of milk
- 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 4 cloves of garlic minced
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt 1/2 cup butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink; remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt remaining butter, whisk in flour to make a roux.
- Gradually whisk in milk, cook until thickened.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Layer in a baking dish: a layer of noodles, shrimp, garlic butter sauce, mozzarella cheese; repeat layers.
- Top with remaining mozzarella and bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For best results, use fresh shrimp and allow the lasagna to rest before slicing to set the layers properly
