Description

Garlic parmesan cheeseburger bombs deliver rich flavors in every bite, combining cheesy cheeseburger bombs garlic butter and easy cheeseburger bombs cream cheese filling. Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 4 garlic cloves crushed
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 1 can 16 oz refrigerated biscuits
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Warm your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit 190 degrees Celsius.
  2. Brown the ground beef along with the crushed garlic in a skillet over medium heat and drain any leftover fat.
  3. Mix in Italian seasoning and cheese until it melts completely.
  4. Press each biscuit into a 4 inch wide circle.
  5. Put two tablespoons of the meat mixture in the biscuit center, fold the edges over and seal well.
  6. Place them on a baking sheet greased and bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden.
  7. When done, sprinkle parmesan on top before serving.
