- 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
- 4 garlic cloves crushed
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 1 can 16 oz refrigerated biscuits
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Warm your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit 190 degrees Celsius.
- Brown the ground beef along with the crushed garlic in a skillet over medium heat and drain any leftover fat.
- Mix in Italian seasoning and cheese until it melts completely.
- Press each biscuit into a 4 inch wide circle.
- Put two tablespoons of the meat mixture in the biscuit center, fold the edges over and seal well.
- Place them on a baking sheet greased and bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden.
- When done, sprinkle parmesan on top before serving.
