- 2 Ounces Milk – or Milk Substitute (High protein preferred)
- ¾ Cup All Purpose Flour – Or Rolled Oats turned into Oat Flour (Other substitutes available within the post)
- ½ Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1–2 Tablespoons Sweetener
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until you get a smooth batter.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with non-stick spray.
- Pour some of the batter onto the pan and cook each pancake for about 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
- Continue cooking pancakes with the rest of the batter until finished.
