  • 2 Ounces Milk – or Milk Substitute (High protein preferred)
  • ¾ Cup All Purpose Flour – Or Rolled Oats turned into Oat Flour (Other substitutes available within the post)
  • ½ Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 12 Tablespoons Sweetener
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until you get a smooth batter.
  2. Heat a pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with non-stick spray.
  3. Pour some of the batter onto the pan and cook each pancake for about 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
  4. Continue cooking pancakes with the rest of the batter until finished.
