  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar optional for extra stickiness
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar or lemon juice
  • 1 tsp chili flakes optional
  • Cooked rice
  • Green onions
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken into small even pieces to ensure quick cooking.
  2. Warm the oil in a medium skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the chicken to the pan and cook until it starts to brown lightly.
  4. Add the garlic and cook briefly until fragrant.
