- 1 cup Low Fat Cottage Cheese 225g
- ¼ cup Vanilla Protein Powder Whey-casein 22g
- 1 Egg
- ½ cup Blueberries 74g
- 1½ sheets Graham Crackers 22g
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a large 3-cup dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place graham crackers on bottom of dish about 1½ sheets.
- Blend cottage cheese protein powder and egg in a blender until smooth.
- Add in blueberries and stir to combine.
- Pour mixture into the dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes depending on how cooked you want it.
